What's in the News at Tokomaru School

Today Tai shared with us a poster he made with the help of his family about his Dad's trip to Antarctica. He was very informative and has lots of interesting facts and photos to share and made a great job displaying all of what we needed to know on his poster. Thanks Tai!

    hey room 2,

    Its tai's dad, it's been a white out the last two days, which is when there is a snow storm with high winds and you cant see 5m in front of you so i've been inside for the past two days and not getting alot of work done. I like the poster tai i will keep checking the website out and i'll try to send more picture of antartica so you can show your class.

    hey room 2,

    We only have Sundays off so i'll hopefully get out on a few of the tracks they have here and get some more photo's for you. The antartic wild life doesn't come here till Late November early December when the sea ice melts. So should get some good pictures then. Nice to hear from you.
